| Abstract | 2011年初印度的Das研究小组从一种名为Orthosiphon diffusus的唇形科草本植物中分离出四种具有良好抗肿瘤活性的内酯类化合物,分别命名为Orthodiffenes A-C(1-3)。初步生物活性测试表明:该类化合物对HL-60与Jurkat等癌细胞表现出显著的抑制活性,特别是化合物Orthodiffene B表现出了与喜树碱相当的生物活性(IC50=1.76μg/mL)。截止到目前,没有任何关于Orthodiffenes类化合物的全 |
