Abstract污染物的致癌性与DNA损伤存在着因果关系,并可能是化学致癌进程的关键步骤。环境中高毒性、难降解的污染物(如苯并[a]芘、酚类污染物)进入生物体后,原型或代谢中间体会与DNA发生作用,形成DNA加合物、8-oxod G等损伤产物。这些DNA损伤产物分布频数通常仅在0.1~100个损伤产物/10~8个正常核苷酸,传统的分析化学方法难以企及。因此,DNA损伤分析面临的突出挑战是怎样在大量的正常DNA中甄别和筛查痕量的特定DNA损伤产物[1]。
