含氮消毒副产物卤乙腈前驱体及生成机制综述

Abstract卤乙腈(haloacetonitriles,HANs)作为一类新型含氮消毒副产物,因为具有比三卤甲烷类消毒副产物更高的遗传毒性而引起研究者的广泛关注。对饮用水中卤乙腈的检测方法、浓度水平、前驱体及生成途径进行了综述,并对卤乙腈的研究进行了展望。作为一类挥发性污染物,卤乙腈目前主要采用气相色谱法进行分析,其在饮用水中的产生量一般为三卤甲烷类消毒副产物的10%左右。水源水中的溶解性有机氮(dissolved organic nitrogen,DON)尤其是藻类有机物(algal organic matter,AOM)和污水二级出水有机物(effluent organic matter,EfOM)是卤乙腈的主要前驱物,氯胺消毒会增加其产生量。卤乙腈生成的主要途径包括"脱羧途径"和"醛途径"。前者氮源来自溶解态有机氮中的一级胺类化合物,而后者氮源来自氯胺。
