中文摘要: 从城市污水处理厂的活性污泥中驯化分离得到2株能高效降解模拟高盐生活污水中有机物的菌株,分别命名为01和Y5,通过16S rRNA基因序列鉴定和Biolog分析,分别为地衣芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌。对盐浓度为3%的模拟高盐生活污水降解5 d,结果表明O1菌受温度的影响不明显,当温度为15~35 ℃时对有机物的平均去除率约为30%;Y5菌在35℃时对有机物的去除率最高,约为46.5%。将01和Y5菌悬液以1: 1投加到模拟高盐生活污水中,在25 ℃条件下反应5 d后对有机物的去除率即可达到50%。批量试验表明,01、Y5复合菌悬液反应3 d后对有机物的去除率达到82%,说明01和Y5复合菌具有处理高盐污水的应用潜力。

英文摘要: Two bacterial strains, named O1 and Y5, which could effectively degrade organic pollutants in the simulated saline sewage,were isolated from the activated sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Beijing. According to 16S rRNA gene sequence and Biolog analyses, the two strains were identified as Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis,respectively. The simulated saline sewage with salt concentration of 3% was degraded for 5 d. The results showed that O1 was slightly affected by temperature, the average degradation rate of organic pollutants by O1 reached 30% at 15 ℃ to 35 ℃; the maximum degradation rate of organic pollutants by Y5 reached 46.5% at 35 ℃, and the degradation rate of organic pollutants by the mixture of O1 and Y5 with a ratio of 1: 1 reached 50% at 25 ℃. The batch experiments indicated that the degradation rate of organic pollutants by the mixture of 01 and Y5 could reach 82% within 3 d, which showed that O1 and Y5 strains had the potential for removing organic pollutants from saline sewage.
