中文摘要: 针对活性碳纤维(ACF)阴极电还原氧气产过氧化氢(H_2O_2)效率较低的问题,将形稳电极RuO_2/Ti、环氧树脂网格以及ACF组合作为复合阳极与电源的正极相连接,单独ACF作为阴极与电源的负极相连接,建立了高效产H_2O_2的电化学系统。通过有无外通氧气对H_2O_2产量对比实验发现,此体系无需外加氧气。详细研究了电流密度、初始pH、转速和电解质浓度等因素对系统产H_2O_2的影响。H_2O_2产量随电流密度的增大而增大,但电流密度达到20.82 mA·cm~(-2)后,继续增大电流密度H_2O_2产量反而降低;酸性条件有利于H_2O_2生成;H_2O_2产量随转速的增大而增加,但转速达到500 r·min~(-1)时,继续增大转速,H_2O_2生成量反而降低;H_2O_2产量随电解质浓度增大逐渐增大,但电解质浓度较高时,H_2O_2产量无明显变化;此电化学系统经8次重复使用后,H_2O_2的生成量基本维持稳定,表明此电化学体系可高效稳定产生H_2O_2。

英文摘要: To overcome the low hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2) generation efficiency obtained by reducing oxygen at an activated carbon fiber (ACF) cathode, a combined ACF/RuO_2-Ti electrode separated using an epoxy resin grid was designed to efficiently generate H_2O_2. In this system, the combined electrode was directly connected to the positive direct current (DC) electrode, while the ACF electrode was connected to the negative DC electrode. O_2 aeration had no effect on the quantity of H_2O_2 generated. In addition, the effects of current density, initial pH, stirrer strength, and electrolyte concentration on H_2O_2 generation were investigated in detail. The amount of H_2O_2 generated increased with an increase in applied current density up to 20.82 mA·cm~(-2), after which H_2O_2 generation decreased. Furthermore, H_2O_2 generation was favored under acidic conditions and upon increasing the stirrer speed to 500 r·min~(-1), after which the concentration of H_2O_2 decreased gradually. A high electrolyte concentration had no obvious effect on H_2O_2 generation. Reuse of the system eight times gave no change in terms of H_2O_2 generation and so we could conclude that our novel system could generate H_2O_2 efficiently and stably.
