一种基于激发态质子电子协同转移反应的离子源,其装置由真空紫外光光源室(1)、不锈钢质子电子协同转移反应腔(2),反应剂和待测物进样管(3)组成,其特征在于真空紫外光光源室(1)和不锈钢质子电子协同转移反应腔(2)同轴串联连接,反应剂和待测物进样管(3)与不锈钢质子电子协同转移反应腔(2)垂直连接,其原理在于利用激发态物质引发质子电子协同转移反应,将待测物质子化,从而高效地生成待测物阳离子。
