对于六价铀的浓度低于或等于2mg/L的所述含铀废水和/或地下水,以表面覆盖有二氧化铀镀层的稳定且导电性高的金属电极作为阴极材料,以稳定且导电性高的金属材料作为阳极材料,使用直流电源进行电还原,在阴极表面富集得到四价铀,完成所述含铀废水和/或地下水中铀的富集。
