置换色谱法分离表阿霉素和阿霉素异构体的研究

Abstract采用盆栽试验方法,研究了利用制浆造纸废液产生的木质素污泥改良酸性土壤,对小麦玉米生长发育的影响。结果表明,掺量0.25%~0.50%、细度≥20目条件下使耕层土壤酸度调节至适宜植物生长的pH值6~7范围。污泥改土对小麦和玉米根系,特别是对侧根、毛细根发育的促进作用相当显著,发达的根系增强了植物吸收土壤中氮、磷、水分等的能力。培养8周的小麦株体中氮、磷含量分别较对照提高19.6%~40.5%,5.5%~7.2%。研究结果可为酸壤改良和废水处理污泥再利用提供技术支持。
