Abstract采用AlCl<,3>水容液为电解液,铝板为阳极,通过控制电解槽、电流密度、pH、电解液浓度等电化学和溶液化学参数,制备出了含铝0.1~2.0mol/L、碱化度在2.4以上的聚合氯化铝液体产品呈无色透明状。经采用Ferron逐时络合比色测定,产品中有效絮凝成分Alb含量达到70℅以上。结果表明,电解制备聚合氯化铝的反应过程易于控制,产品的最佳絮凝成分高,并可根据需要在投加现场进行最优絮凝剂形成预制,既可产品化,亦可设备化。水处理絮凝实验证实,电解法制备的聚合铝的絮凝效果明显优于普通聚合铝等絮凝剂。
