Abstract本发明提供一种简易、高效、低能耗、低成本、易控制的高Al13含量聚合氯化铝(PACl)的制备方法。原料为含铝溶液和碱性溶液,取其中一种溶液的部分或全部、或两种溶液的部分,冷冻成固态冻品,然后将所述固态冻品与剩余的铝盐溶液和/或碱性溶液混合反应,静置陈化,即制得高Al13含量的聚合氯化铝溶液。本发明所述方法制得的聚合氯化铝溶液中高效絮凝成分Al13含量可以达到70%#95%。聚合氯化铝溶液中,总铝浓度为10#4#3mol/L。本发明方法制备的高Al13含量聚合氯化铝溶液可用于水处理药剂的生产与应用。
